Booking of the stays

Deposit and balance due

We usually require deposit of 40% and balance due at least 35 days before the stay starts. If a booking is made less than 35 days before the clients’ arrival the whole amount is required. The payment is made according to the Contract – confirmation of the booking with the list of bank accounts of all common banks in the Czech Republic as well as Slovakian and EURO bank account. The payment could be made with credit or debit card or by PaySec.

In some cases and upon agreement the payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the clients’ arrival.

Cancellation fees

1. 10% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made more than 35 days before the stay starts
2. 25% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made from 34th to 25th day before the stay
3. 50% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made from 24th to 15th day before the stay
4. 100% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the stay starts, or in case of no-show of the customer

The day when the cancellation was delivered is decisive for calculation of the fees. The day of check-in is not included in the number of days. If partial cancellation is made, the cancellation fees will be calculated only from cancelled services.

Check-in and stay

Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm, unless agreed otherwise. Check-out has to be made until 10 am, unless agreed otherwise. House rules have to be observed. You can find them at the reception. In case of serious violation of the rules we reserve the right to finish the stay of the client without compensation.
